At Mushq, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log into your Mushq account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included to avoid processing delays.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
